Shipping / Return Policies

Shipping Terms:

FREE SHIPPING on ORDERS OVER $150.

Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Most domestic orders ship via USPS Priority or UPS. Shipping times take between 1-7 days depending upon your location. Please let us know if you’d like to request special shipping or if you’d like to use your UPS shipping account number.

Made-to-Order 

The majority of our products ship within 5-15 business days after the time of purchase, depending on the size of your order. Once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel the order. You will receive order confirmation and shipping notification emails, as well as email updates should any other circumstances arise.  Our partners care deeply about the quality of the luxury items they produce and take all the neccessary steps to provide superior craftsmanship.

Import Duty Charges

If you live in the United States or Canada, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout.

Address Corrections & Lost/Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped to the address as stated by the customers when the orders are placed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered is in accordance with the shipping courier's standard.

Mix n Match Style is not responsible for stolen or lost packages when the tracking system of a chosen shipping courier shows that the package was delivered. Please reqeust a signature confirmation when placing your order if you believe that it is unsafe to leave the package unattended.

Return & Refund  Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Because everything here at Mix n Match Style is handmade through our partners, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our partners quality control will pick this up and everything will be handled before your order is even dispatched. However, on the rare case that something does slip through, all you need to do is let us know. Take a look at the details below on how to do that:

 

Faulty Product

If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. Email us with picture(s) of the faulty product, your name and order number.

  • In many cases, remedy action can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim is clear via email.

  • If the fault cannot be verified over email, you may need to return the item to us for inspection. In that instance, a determination can then be made as to the state of the product.

  • Please do not send your products back to Mix n Match Style without contacting us first.

May we remind you to review the terms that you agreed to at the time of purchase. These are available at any time on our website.

Note: We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been made to order specifically for you.

 

Items Needed for Return

​

  1. Original email used when placing the order

  2. Order ID (in your order confirmation email)

  3. Photos clearly showing the print issues or design concerns

  4. After reviewing this information from your order, we will contact you with what steps we can take to make things right.

  5. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we are at fault, then we will reimburse

 

Cancellation

Our partners provide a 12 hour cancellation window after you place your order before starting the process of making. Within these 12 hours, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or if you change your mind. If you have any questions about your order reach out to us via mixnmatchstyle.shop@gmail.com.

After 12 hours, every product  is made to order, so as soon as our partners start production of your items, they have already invested in the materials and workforce time specifically for your order. This means that if you wish to cancel after 12 hours of placing the order, a mandatory 20% charge will incur.
