Shipping Info

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States and Canada on orders over $100. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail (credit card holders).

Made to Order 

If you ordered made-to-order, your item will ship within 5-12 business days after the time of purchase. You will receive order confirmation and shipping notification emails, as well as email updates should any other circumstances arise.

Import Duty Charges

If you live in the United States or Canada, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout.

Order Status

We will email you at every step of the process, from purchase to post-delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, a notification when your order is being prepared for shipping, a notification with tracking information when your order ships, and a check-in email after your purchase has been delivered to ensure you are happy with your Mix n Match pieces.
